Welcome to Compass & Crumb!

As many of you know, I’m also a travel advisor, so I thought the name was especially fitting—combining my love for exploring new places with my passion for baking artisan sourdough.

I’ve been baking sourdough for about a year and a half, and what started as a hobby has grown into something I truly love. I’ve sold loaves here and there over the past year, but I’ve finally decided it’s time to officially share them with more people!

My loaves are generously sized, featuring a beautifully crisp, crunchy crust and a light, airy interior. Each loaf is handcrafted with care and made using quality ingredients and a slow fermentation process.

Right now, I’m focused on finalizing my menu and perfecting each recipe to ensure every loaf meets my standards before launch.

My plan is to take pre-orders and sell loaves from one designated location. I’ll be announcing those details soon as I put the finishing touches on everything. 🤭

Thank you for being here and supporting this new adventure! I can’t wait for you to try these delicious loaves. I hope you’ll love them as much as my family and I do. 🫶🏼
