There’s so much value in documenting the in-between. Progress photos help tell the real story of a home—one built through coordination, craftsmanship, and thoughtful ex*****on at every stage. Long before the finishes go in, the strength of a project is already taking shape through the work happening behind the scenes.
This gorgeous new build on Neptune in Leucadia is a custom-designed single-family dwelling and ADU, featuring the architectural details found in a classic Spanish Mediterranean hacienda, beautifully reimagined with modern touches. Every phase reflects the planning, precision, and care that goes into creating a custom home from the ground up.
From the structure and layout to the details that will eventually define the finished space, these early stages are where the foundation of the final vision begins to take shape. We’re excited to continue watching this coastal Leucadia home progress and to share more of the craftsmanship that makes each B.A. Worthing project so special.
