Who wants to celebrate a special milestone with us??? This October marks our 8th year in business, and we think that’s worth popping some bubbly and cheerzing for! 🍾🥂

We’re hosting a happy hour and opening our doors to get to meet locals, spread the cheer, and we’d LOVE to see YOU!!! We love serving the San Diego community and are so grateful for the support over these last 8 years!!

October 10 4-6pm at our studio in Carlsbad.

What do you do whenever there's a niche placed awkwardly in a room? This is a common dilemma, and my answer is that it depends on your desired functionality and budget...⁠

If it's a high-traffic area with lots of use, then I'd recommend a built-in cabinet custom-made to your specific needs. It can be the more expensive option, but it will be worth the investment considering the frequency of use. ⁠

But if it's in a low-traffic area with minimal use, placing a furniture piece may be the better option (and is often more cost-effective). ⁠
⁠
In our client's case, this niche is actually one of two niches in the same space (not sure why the redundancy), so we sourced a cabinet perfectly suited for their needs (mostly decorative). The trick here is SCALE... a piece that's too small will get lost in the space, and a piece too big will feel cramped and forced.⁠

We love a good before + after! When the owners of .Encinitas reached out to us to help furnish their new Leucadia clinic, it was a match made in heaven! They wanted an entry, lobby + waiting area to provide comfort for their holistic fertility clients… and they had a tight deadline for their grand opening!

Our team accepted the challenge and delivered on time and within budget, furnishing their offices, treatment rooms and communal flex space.

Delivering a successful project like this only happens when clients fully trust us and we are all in sync with the vision. The owners were decisive and communicative, so not a minute was wasted! We can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Vanna and Dave and highly recommend to check them out if you’re in North County.

What makes a good home entry? Nothing says “welcome” more than fresh florals and a catch-all/drop zone for keys or sunglasses. On a practical level, often we will have a basket for shoes nearby and a surface for sitting when putting on shoes, like a bench or ottoman. A statement wall treatment also doesn’t hurt.
