Day 4: very excited for this French cleat station for my drills. Now they hang by their handles, I have space for batteries and they’re easy to grab. Built from scrap plywood, which makes it even better.

One holder a day for 14 days. Follow so you don’t miss Day 5 and save this for your shop build.

Day 3: Another day, another tool gets off the floor and into a fancy custom holder. It’s nice to see this one get some love.

Day 1/14: My finish nailer lived on the floor for years and now it hangs on the French cleat wall. Ready to go and more no digging. Built from scrap plywood and put on a single cleat.

Follow for Day 2/14 of this series tomorrow.

The $125 cabinet gets drawer faces and hardware today and a simple jig made it easy.

Clamp the jig on, set the face, perfect even gaps every time. No remeasuring, no shimming. Then the hardware goes on and plywood starts looking like furniture.

Full reveal tomorrow. Links to what I used are in my bio.

POV: your laundry room needed pantry storage, so you built it yourself 🛠️

Full cabinet build, start to finish. If I can build it in my garage, you can too.

Tomorrow I’m starting something bigger: a 14-day French cleat tool wall series. Follow so you don’t miss Day 1.

I’m Mike and for the next 14 days this blank garage wall is becoming something else 🛠️

Starting Friday: a full French cleat tool wall — every holder built on camera, real costs, real mistakes, all stuff you can copy in your own shop.

If you’ve ever wanted an organized garage without spending a fortune, this series is for you. Follow so you don’t miss Day 1.

This Skil router is one of my favorites! I love it because it can accept both 1/4 & 1/2 inch bits, has a digital screen to set RPMs based on the size / type of bit and didn’t break the bank to buy it.

Here I am changing out the bit to show you how it’s done on this model but most routers have the same format. Hope this is helpful to someone and thanks for watching! Follow for more daily woodworking content.
