Let me introduce you to one of my favorite shops in Charleston!

is part store, part experience, dreamed up by event planner Gregory Blake Sams, and it has been featured everywhere from Vogue to Garden & Gun to Veranda's most beautiful shops in the world.

Here is what makes it special: a thoughtfully curated mix of new, vintage and one of a kind pieces gathered from around the world. Every corner is its own little vignette, styled to be discovered. The "Found" corner is where the real treasure hunting happens, full of antiques, art and unexpected curiosities.

It is the best lesson I know in collected, not matched. If you only visit one shop while you are in Charleston, make it this one.

There is something about pulling up to a beautiful Kiawah Island home that never gets old. The lantern, the palms, the soft brick path, you feel it before you even walk through the door.

Today was all about the finishing touches. Fresh flowers, a basket of fruit on the kitchen counter, a beautiful vase on a side table, the kind of small details that make a house feel like home.

The work is in those details. The pieces themselves matter, but so does where they sit, how they catch the sun, the way a single stem can change the feeling of a whole space.

And then a quiet moment by the pool with the dunes and the ocean stretched out beyond, the kind of view that reminds you why this island is impossible to forget.

Save this for the next time you are styling your own space.

Most people don't even know events like this exist.

Sharing a peek inside the latest warehouse sale, one of my favorite spots in Charleston for finding pieces with real history.

Lisa Thomas and the DIGS team source from all over the world, and a few times a year they open the warehouse for a sale where you can score designer quality at warehouse pricing. Antique marble, vintage lighting, trunks, mirrors, the kind of finds that make a room feel collected.

If you love a good treasure hunt, follow so you don't miss the next one.

Step inside the East Bay Street project! Designers Sarah Ann Rolfes and Jennifer Vreeland McDermott have transformed this historic "blank canvas" into a light-filled, inviting sanctuary.

By blending brand-new pieces with curated antiques, they’ve created a color and pattern story that feels as if it has been here for generations.

Home Highlights:
⭐️ The Heart of the Home: A semi-professional kitchen featuring a stunning blue six-burner stove and a custom rustic island handcrafted by a local carpenter.
⭐️ Livable Luxury: A family room designed for both relaxation and entertaining by the pool, complete with durable fabrics and vintage chairs found on Chairish.
⭐️ The Primary Suite: A serene escape filled with warm peaches, lavenders, and natural tones, anchored by an original piece of artwork by Beth Rucker.

We loved collaborating to bring this home to life for our clients to enjoy with family and friends.
