Meet Victor, our Operations Manager at CK Greensboro. Victor is a seasoned chef with over two decades of experience in kitchens of every size and style. Rising through the ranks from dishwasher to executive chef - he has done it all.

For the past four years at CK, Victor has driven day-to-day operations, supported hundreds of small food businesses, and ensured the smooth functioning of our dynamic, fast paced kitchen.

His blend of operational excellence, culinary expertise, and genuine care for people has made him a trusted anchor within both the kitchen and the entrepreneurial community.

His grit and determination are truly unmatched, and the CK team and community are grateful for his dedication and commitment to service.

Interview with Mazali's owner, Rashshad Pirmatov at City Kitch!

Radhshad, his wife, Khilola, and their business, Mazali, have been at City Kitch for almost 3 years.

What started as a community feast for the Uzbek people of Charlotte turned into first a catering business, then a takeout business, and now they have a 14 seat sit-down restaurant at City Kitch in West Charlotte.
