My mostly Procrastination & several real life incidents induced hiatus from making Terrariums has ended, as of this moment I've made 5, with current plans to make at least 15-20 more, depending on how each turns out and how many plants & materials I leave myself to work with after each successive terrarium is completed, In addition to this I will be selling them out of my "new" booth in located at: 118 S Main St, Kannapolis, NC 28081, more specifically booth 208 A, located in the Sears room upstairs,
Which to virtually everyone following me on here should be news to, because I haven't posted since March of last year way before I opened my booth In MOM, but I've been in there since February of this year 2024, For those unfamiliar, Marketplace on Main is a massive 50ksq antique with over 200 vendors selling everything from antiques, vintage clothing, collectibles, handmade items & much more! if you're local, come check out M.O.M.! (acronym for Marketplace on main).

My Terrariums🫙🌱at DragonFly Thrift Boutique & Marketplace have been moved to a different window & I'll be getting a much bigger shelf quite soon to accommodate a much larger amount of terrariums! Almost all of these have been made bioactive as well! Over the last month or so I'd completely run out of both isopods & springtails for quite a while but have recently obtained quite a bit.

"Meadow of the last Asparagus🪴Fern" My initial concept was to create a "caldera" out of bark around the fern. That has largely remained the same but it is not a perfect circle around the fern as I felt that would look too unnatural. I will be posting pictures on my Instagram to get a better view of certain aspects along with the videos from TikTok. Thank you for watching, I hope you all enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoy making them!

For this terrarium, I tried to partially replicate the look of a tree🌳graveyard💀\ "Micro woodland",
Although somewhat morbid, it's ultimately a good thing for the overall health of the forest.
Dead & decomposing trees give rise to a wealth of new🪱life🦠all🪲around🔃🔄!
Fungus🍄& Lichens spread across their bark, their insides become the colonies of many different species of🐜ants & other insects, underneath them are where most of my isopods come from!
In addition to the new housing for many creatures After they die they release a plethora of nutrients into the soil, including nitrogen besides all that, certain dead trees offer an abundance of excellent terrarium scaping material as well!
Plants used:
Radermachera Sinica
Columnea Gloriosa
Hoya Carnosa
Ficus pumila variegata
Selaginella Apoda

For this woodland Terrarium🫙🌳🌱I was trying to give the slope & scape much more of a spiral almost mountain topness to it.
Had the container been a bit bigger this would've been much more pronounced, however I'm ultimately pleased with how it turned out, I hope y'all enjoy it as well! 😃💚🍃
Plants used: Radermachera sinica,
Ficus Repens, Lysimachia Nummularia, e
