Being a mother has been one of the greatest blessings and joys of my life. 💕

I still remember the very first moment I saw Caleb’s face 26 years ago. In that instant, my heart changed forever. He made me a mom, and from that day my world forever looked and felt different.

Then 15 years later, Savannah came onto the scene and brought so much sweetness, light, and love into our lives. Watching her grow has been such a gift and adventure all on its own.

And then there’s Sam, our bonus son, who completely changed our world with his smile, his heart, and his ability to make us laugh no matter what life brought our way. Loving him has been one of the most beautiful additions to our family story.

Brooklyn is Caleb’s girlfriend of 8 years…so she is also my daughter.❤️ I love her so much and couldn’t have prayed for a better person for my son. So grateful for her love and all she has brought to our family.

Each of my children has shaped me, taught me, stretched me, and loved me in ways I could have never imagined. Motherhood is not always easy, but it is the role I cherish most.

Today and every day, I thank God for trusting me with these incredible lives and for giving me the chance to be their mom. My heart is forever grateful. ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers out there. 🌸

Happy ❤️ 15th Wedding Anniversary to my amazing husband, Howard Plus all those bonus years of courtship 💕😂 they definitely count.

I want to share a little something that’s on my heart for anyone who cares to read. 💕

Tomorrow, April 4th, would have been my mom’s 68th birthday. She passed away unexpectedly in 2011. The first and last photos in this post were the last pictures ever taken of her, about 9 months before she passed.

I have always loved taking photos. Even before smartphones made it so easy, I was the one always carrying a camera, snapping pictures of family and my kids.

You may notice that I tend to share the same photos of my mom. The reason is simple… I can’t take new ones anymore.

There will come a day when the photos stop. I was never ready for that reality.

One day, memories and pictures may be all you have left of someone you love. So love them well, forgive quickly, and take the photos. Be in the photos. Don’t be the person who always avoids the camera… because one day, those pictures might be all your loved ones have.

If you guys are looking for a clean protein powder that actually tastes good with a lot of varieties…I highly recommend this brand You all know I only share products that I actually love and I’ve been using this product for several months. I prefer these individual packets because I can grab them on the go, but they do sell them in bulk along with several other products that you may like.-Be inspired!!

National Spouses Day feels like a good time to say… I know God gave me the best when He gave me you. I may be a little rough around the edges and occasionally a bit scary 🫣😄, but my heart could never love anyone more or deeper than it loves you.
