Complete firebox restoration the customer didn’t care for the flat black look she wanted a light grey no problem at all. We replaced the lava rock with two tone fire glass. Our client was very satisfied with the results of her project.

The dryer venting was 80% blocked pre cleaning after the cleaning we had 100% velocity at the termination. All safe warranties all dryer vent cleanings for 90 days.

A very dangerous situation it’s not real clear in the pictures there is an 8” pipe blocking 80% of the thimble there was no way to get to the pipe to remove it. The scary part is other service companies could not figure out why the blow back was happening. The other companies did not remove the pipe to gain visual access in the thimble. I condemned the system. The owners are going with vent free wall mounted heaters.

Firebox restoration we painted the firebox walls & floor replaced the lava rock with black fire glass. Cleaned & serviced the logs, installed new rock wool for the burning embers look.
