What’s the dish?

We have a one Pan hamburger helper. It’s great for meal prep and not too shabby on the macros.

All you’ll need is:
White onion
Shallot
2 lbs ground beef
Cheddar cheese
Garlic, salt, and pepper
4 cups milk
Worcestershire sauce
1 box pasta
Chicken bouillon

That’s all you need for this on pan dish. It’s a dish for all people of all ages. I hope y’all enjoy. And that’s the dish for today!

What’s the dish?

Let’s make some garlic honey chicken thighs. This is great for meals for the week or wanting to add some flare to your family night dinner.

For the garlic honey sauce:
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Minced garlic
Cayenne pepper(optional)
Soy sauce
Corn starch

For the chicken thighs:
Shoaxing wine
Cracked black pepper
Salt
Onion powder

I hope you enjoy this take on garlic honey chicken. I enjoyed messing around with this recipe as well as adding some heat to it. Lmk what yall think. Happy cooking and eating. That’s what the dish is for today.

What’s the dish?

In honor of it being saint patricks day, I wanted to make one of my favorites. Bangers and mash.

The potatoes:
- 3lbs of gold potatoes
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 block of kerrygold unsalted butter
- salt, pepper, paprika, onion, and garlic powder

Brats
- any beer of your choice
- 1 pack of brats

Skin and chop your potatoes then put in cold salted water. Bring them to a boil and cook for 20 minutes or until fork tender.

Strain and mash them. Add in your butter and seasonings and mix well

Prick your sausages and put in a pot with beer and cook till temp reaches 145

For extra color you may sear them in a nice hot skillet.

What’s the dish?

Let’s cook an always tender London broil. This is a great way to have a good steak like dinner for yourself, the family, friends, or even just meal prepping for the week.

For the marinade you’ll need:
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp baking soda

For the assembly:
- 1 tbsp to sear the London broil
- salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter for making your sauce
