Professional pictures are coming, but I couldn't wait to share the completion of this project. This was Phase 2 for these lovely clients. (We worked together to renovate the rest of their house about 5 years ago.) The addition includes a large Rec Room, Study/Gym, Bathroom, and Laundry Room. I'm excited for them to start using these rooms soon!

Excited to see this project completed! I was involved in designing the Floor Plans/new layouts for the Kitchen, Kids' Bathroom/Bedroom, and a few other areas of the home. This family had another Designer that they were already working with for finishes in their home, so I was not involved in that portion of the project. (I always like to be fully transparent about those things!) I think they did an excellent job with the selections, and Roman Best did a wonderful job with the construction, as always!
*I'll include a 3D image below as well to show how the Kitchen looked during the design phase. Pretty cool to see it go from 3D image to real life.

The Builder, Best Contracting & Development, had pictures taken of this fabulous house today! There are a few small details still coming (like the appliance garage door, hood panel, and painting the Bathroom outlets), but it so fun to see it all come together. It has been such a pleasure working on this project with both the client and Contractor!

Cabinet installation day is always exciting! So fun to see the design come to life. (The island will be 5'x10' when finished! And, a built in 48" refrigerator will go in the recessed area.) We're working on selecting wallpaper for the Laundry Room and finalizing our cabinet hardware selections!

Excited to finally share these pictures! This project has been 16+ months in the making. It was a full house renovation and addition. And, it was extra special because this home belongs to a friend that I have known since Kindergarten! We definitely brought this house from 1973 to 2023.

*I'm sharing a mixture of professional photos and cell phone photos because there were certain things that were not complete on picture day.

I haven't posted pictures of completed work in over a year, mostly because it's just hard to get pictures at the end of a project. So, in honor of our Kitchen table finally arriving (after almost 4 months), I thought I would post pictures of my Kitchen renovation. I'm pretty excited about our cozy little eating nook!

It’s cabinet installation week at my Spec house project! And y’all this Master shower... 😍 I’ve wanted to use the large format porcelain tiles for a while, and this huge shower was the perfect opportunity!
By the way, this house is for sale if you want to live in North Hills!

This home has finally reached the renovation finish line! This 1950's ranch had a small Kitchen, and 2 smaller Living Rooms. We removed all the walls in the front portion of the house, and vaulted the ceiling. The Mudroom and Laundry Room were added on to the house during the renovation, and the back patio received a new fireplace, fresh ceiling, and a much larger Bluestone patio. I am thrilled for my clients to move in this weekend!
