Today I am embarking on the adventure of a lifetime. We are moving to Valencia, Spain, and I am flying there today, alone, to set up our new home. Trip will follow in December. Leaving my family and dearest friends is SO hard, but this is something we have dreamed of for many years and this window of time presented us with the perfect opportunity to make this move.

My mom will tell you that I’ve always been this way. A free spirit, independent and head strong. I want to see and do all the things while I can and I’m lucky enough to have a husband who will come along for the ride. Not always willingly at first but generally I’m a pretty good persuader. Just ask my clients if you don’t believe me, lol.
I’ve always dreamt of the European lifestyle- walking culture, cafes in beautiful plazas, train rides to magical places. Will it be all I’ve dreamt of?! Who knows?! But I’m leaving a country I no longer recognize or feel comfortable in, for a country I only know on the periphery but already feel at home in. It’s not forever (I don’t think!) but it’s for now and I’m pretty darn excited about it. The universe tends to guide you where you need to be. That being said, I am going to miss my people so much!! I already do and I haven’t even left Charlotte yet- but I can’t wait for them all to come visit me so that I can introduce them to my dream city, Valencia! Lord knows I’m no influencer, but follow along and I’ll do my best to show you all the things! Until we meet again…..💕💕💕💕🇪🇸

Sometimes I still marvel at the change in this house. How it went from being dark and overly “mountain” to bright, modern and cozy. I am a big believer that how your space feels to you is the most important thing. Any designer can buy all the best things and make your space beautiful - even magazine worthy. I want to give your home a soul. Beautiful yes, but I want you to feel something every time you walk in the door. That’s how I feel in my own home. It feels like me. Let me help your home feel like YOU. ❤️

I had the absolute privilege of helping some amazing people realize their dream of the ultimate glamping experience in the High Country! Joe and Marianella Nitti knocked this dream of their’s out of the park! Vines & Goats geodomes will be available to rent starting in May and trust me they are gonna be BOOKED. Private bath, hot tub, firepit, RIGHT BESIDE Banner Elk Winery, and fluffy angora goats to play with! What is not to love!!
