1.) Pick out a piece of pottery. All pottery is marked with price on the bottom of the piece, th
at price will include everything except for taxes.
2.) Pick out paint colors from the numbered color chart at the painting station. Paint is much lighter before it is fired.
3.) You are welcome to take paint bottles, brushes, trays, idea books, stamps, and stencils back to your table.
4.) We recommend that you paint each color three times and use a blow dryer in between coats. Because of this process we recommend giving yourself at least two hours to paint your piece.
5.) After finishing painting, bring your piece to the counter and pay. We will get a description of your piece, your name, and phone number. The firing process takes one week for your piece to be completed.
6.) We will call you when the pottery is finished, or you can come back the following week on the same day that you came the week prior. Please bring back your yellow copy of your receipt. Pick up your pottery within 30 days of firing. FAQS
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? A good average of what we have in the shop to paint is $15 to $30. We do have items that are less and more. The price of the pottery includes all paint and firing. DO YOU SHIP POTTERY AFTER FIRING? No, unfortunately we do not ship or deliver and only offer in store pickup. DO YOU OFFER CLASSES? We do have canvas classes from time to time. ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD? Yes, you can bring drinks and food. However, it is not recommended to eat while you are painting due to the risk of damaging your piece. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RUN OUT OF TIME PAINTING? You will pay for the pottery and we will wrap your piece and you can bring it back anytime to finish. ARE YOUR PIECES FOOD SAFE, DISHWASHER SAFE, OR MICROWAVE SAFE? Yes, after your piece is fired, you can enjoy for years to come. We have a large selection of kitchenware, pet bowls, treat jars, mugs, plates, figurines and more. HOW DOES BOOKING A PARTY ROOM WORK? There is no fee to book a party room. On Saturdays we offer party rooms from 12pm-2pm, 3pm-5pm, or 6pm-8pm. Call to check availability to book or message us here on Facebook. Minimum of 8 painters to book the small party room and a minimum of 15 painters to book the large party room. Each room is stocked with a variety of $15 items for the kids to choose from. If this is a party for an older child or for adults, you are welcome to pick items from the shop. PARTY ROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR:
many other things such as team building events, bachelorette parties, moms night out, get togethers, wedding showers, baby showers and more! DO YOU HAVE HOLIDAY ITEMS YEAR ROUND? Yes, we have our Valentines, St. Patrick Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas pieces out all year for you to paint at any time. CAN I BRING MY OWN BISQUEWARE TO PAINT AND FIRE? No, we do not allow any outside bisque as it poses a risk to our kilns and other customers pottery pieces. CAN I DO POTTERY AT HOME? Yes, we encourage take home kits for pottery! We will send you home with the colors that you choose and the piece you selected. The only things you will have to provide yourself is paintbrushes at home. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF PAINT, otherwise it will not be able to be fired in our kilns.
