Time for a little pantry refresh!! I can’t believe I just showed y’all my hot mess of a pantry!!! 😂😂😂 Proof that most of the perfection you see on here is staged. This is my real pantry, I promise, mess and all. Anyway, my daughter wanted this old jewelry cabinet, so I bought some shelves to replace it and gave my pantry a little clean out. Saturday chore done!! Now to have my coffee and enjoy the rest of the day!! Love y’all!!

This Lemon Chicken Pasta is the kind of meal you’ll still be dreaming about tomorrow. It’s lemony, cheesy and just downright delicious!!! And can we have a minute for this gorgeous marigold Caraway Home sauté pan??!! It’s the kind of pan you’ll want on your stove forever!!! It’s absolutely stunning, cooks like a dream and the non-stick is unreal!!!
A huge thank you to Caraway for sending me this beauty!! She’s officially at home in my kitchen!!

I’ll pin the recipe for this amazing pasta in the comments for y’all, because you absolutely have to make it!!!

This is the easiest meal that your whole family will love!!! If you ever had the “mini” breakfast sandwiches at a popular Chicken Restaurant, then you will LOVE these!!!

Cook your favorite yeast rolls according to the package directions. I like these because they come in their own pan.

Then cook your favorite chicken nuggets. We like these because they’re very similar to our favorite chicken restaurant, but feel free to use what you like!

Now, make the sandwiches and put them back in the tray.

I LOVE honey butter!!!

Mow brush some honey butter on top of each one.

Pop them back in the oven just for a minute or two to warm them back up and melt the butter.

That’s it y’all!! 4 ingredients and dinner is done!!

We had fries on the side, but you could add whatever your family loves!! Talk about an easy dinner!! These would be perfect for game day too!!!

Oooooo, have I got a good one for y’all!! These are my Molasses cookies and I cannot wait to share these with all of you!! Stay tuned, this one will be posted tomorrow!!!

If you’re wondering why my house suddenly smells like a Saturday cookout with a little extra love mixed in, it’s these pork belly burnt ends.
Loubier sent over some amazing products including their all-purpose rub and BBQ sauce, and goodness, they brought the kind of flavor that makes folks smile before they even take a bite.
A big, heartfelt thank you to Loubier for keeping my grill game strong and my kitchen smelling like home.
Use my code “southernfriedwithmel” to grab your own and make a batch that’ll have everyone lingering a little longer.

Banana chocolate chip muffins, because this is my self-care today. A slow day, a little something sweet, and exactly what my heart needed.
These were inspired by my friend Chew On This, she always has good recipes, so if you don't already, go give her a follow as well!!
If this cozy moment speaks to you, go on and save, share, and follow for more emotional-support-baking around here.
And since I was baking in my feelings today, I had to wear my shirt that my sweet friend 2Hearts Handmade sent me!!
Thanks again Megan!!!
You're awesome!!!
Banana chocolate chip Muffins with Crumble Crumble:
Stir together 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Pour in 3 tbsp melted butter and mix until clumpy.
Toss in fridge.
Muffins:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups.
2. In one big bowl: Mash 3 bananas. Whisk in 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 egg, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla.
3. Dump in 2 cups flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt. Stir just until combined - lumps are fine. Then stir in 1 cup mini-chocolate chips. You can add some pecans here if you want to instead, but I like the chocolate.
4. Scoop into liners, crumble that topping on, bake
18-20 min until toothpick comes out clean.
