ATTENTION GLENDALE FAMILIES!!! 🏑🏑
As you may know already our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament is Saturday, October 16th at Meadowood Golf Course. This huge event has MANY volunteer opportunities available!
Sponsorships:
If you don't have time to volunteer but have a family business that you would like to advertise you may sponsor a Tee sign at our tournament! Tee signs are posted all over the golf course and listed in our golf program so this is a GREAT way to advertise your business and get volunteer hours. Tee Signs cost $100 and will fulfill ALL volunteer hours for the year (this is a $50 discount if you decide to use our Volunteer Hour Buy-Out Option which is $150). Tee Sponsors are also able to donate business cards or any kind of goody bag items that will be distributed the day of the event.
Don't have a family business? No problem! If you know a local company that would like to sponsor this event and recruit them as a Tee Box Sponsor, please let the office know and we will gladly apply those hours for you! Or you can just use your family name (i.e. The Jones Family) as a tee sponsor!
Sign Up to Golf!
If you recruit a golfer for this event ALL volunteer hours will be met! If you would like to golf it is $125 per Golfer or $400 for a Foursome. Please call the front office for more details.
Just Want to Lend a Hand?
We need a lot of helpers for this event! We need help with set up, our silent auction table, snacks and taking care of our golfers. If you are interested in being apart of this event please let us know today!
We appreciate your help with this event in getting the word out to the community for us. Our Golf Committee has worked very hard recruiting golfers and sponsorships. Last year, our tournament raised roughly $20,000 for our building campaign! We are working hard to raise even more this year.
