Hello all my strange followers of my even stranger art 🥰 I am ready to start creating more and sharing more with you all, and figured I needed an updated introduction post. I am Rowan, the felter behind this otherworldly wool. When I'm not fusing fibers I am a med/surg nurse, mother, fiance, and long-distance trail runner. Personally I would describe myself as a someone who thrives with a lot of alone time, and I think that's why I have been so successful in cultivating a unique woolly world (who needs friends when you can make your friends 😜). I have been felting for about 8 years now and especially love making art dolls and wall hangings along with wearables! This past year I have pushing my abilities to the limit and really trying to change the way felting is seen by pulling inspiration from parasitic realms and traditional kukeri creatures, along with many others. If there is anything else you would like to know just ask 🖤 so glad you are here and following

Hey there 🙃 posting to let you all know that I am currently wrapping up my last semester of nursing school, and that's why it has been a little quiet on here. That and I do not currently have an indoor wet studio so with cooler temps I'm unable to make anything right now. Hoping to change that soon but for now just hang in there! The weirdness isn't going anywhere 🖤🖤 also here is my free standing guy I haven't named yet! Felt like he deserved some pretty pics on the gram
