Y’all, this creamy pepperoncini chicken was FIREEEE 🔥🌶️

It was creamy, tangy, cheesy, and so easy to throw together! I served ours over low-carb noodles with a little extra Parmesan on top, and it is officially going into our dinner rotation. 😍

My husband requested pinwheels, so of course I turned them into sausage jalapeño popper pinwheels! 🌶️🏈

Puff pastry stuffed with sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, and pickled jalapeños—crispy, cheesy, a little spicy, and SO GOOD!

I may have remembered the egg wash halfway through baking 😂 but we recovered!

The Whole Foods salad bar got me GOOD 😂🥗
