This historic home featured numerous beautiful details. The outdated and sunbaked green exterior was in need of revitalization. Following a thorough preparation process, including power washing, wood damage repair, and surface preparation over the course of two days, we were able to enhance the property's aesthetic appeal. My objective was to accentuate the home's exquisite architectural details. After a thorough color consultation, which was rescheduled multiple times, we ultimately selected a palette that would showcase the property's charm.We went with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain refresh in Blue Blood for the main body of the house, while Kimono Violet was used to highlight the wooden details and the base of the home. The three porches presented an opportunity to add subtle yet elegant accents, which were achieved through the use of Rosedust. Additionally, we painted the decorative benches and the original porch swing to create a cohesive look. Throughout the design process, I was thoroughly engaged and delighted to witness the transformation of the property. The homeowners, Roger and Linn, were an absolute pleasure to work with, as they entrusted me with complete creative control and valued my design expertise throughout the project. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to contribute to the preservation of their home's legacy. These men where working hard and ICE pulls up on the jobsite and starts to harass. Climbing up as far as possible on the tree to avoid bieng captured, mistreated and deported for going to work...I can't be less proud of this country rt now. Fact, I have seen Americans turn down these jobs everyday since I've been in this country. if we dont want to???
