Big Mac Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/4 cup mayo
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced dill pickle
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded triple cheddar cheese blend
24 oz frozen tater tots
Topping
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat along with a dab of margarine or butter.
Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
Once the ground beef is fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat and drain the excess grease.
Add the Thousand Island dressing, mayo, diced onion, diced dill pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan with the beef.
Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
Dump the ground beef mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
Place the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the tater tots are golden brown. 40-45 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top.
Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the lettuce.
Serve and enjoy!

Homemade crunch wrap supremes
2lbs ground beef seasoned with taco bell taco seasoning
Cheese sauce: butter and flour roux, milk and shredded cheddar. Salt and chilli powder.
Store bought tostada
Sour cream
Lettuce. Tomato and onion
Shredded cheddar.
Wrap and toast. Easy peasy without the taco bell stomach pains!

Delicious, easy, and cheap, Chicken Pot Pie recipe!!!
🐔 🥧 🍴
Pie crust (pack of 2) = $2.98
Rotisserie chicken = $6.99
Frozen veggies = $.99
Cream of Chicken (2) = $1.00
Put the bottom layer of pie crust in your baking pan, then in a separate bowl mix the rotisserie chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken.
Then add those mixed ingredients in the pan. Next, add the top layer of pie crust. I cooked it for 35 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. ☺️☺️☺️

Spinach Stuffed Chicken!
In bowl mix:
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp mayo
1/4 tsp salt
2 minced garlic cloves
Mash together
In same bowl add:
1 1/2 cup chopped baby spinach
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesian cheese
Mix again
Slit chicken breasts, not all the way through
Fill chicken breasts with spinach mixture
Seal chicken with toothpicks to prevent the mixture to melt all over
Season both sides of chicken with:
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
In frying pan on medium heat, cook chicken with olive oil 4 mins each side
Bake in oven for 10-15 mins to cook all the way
Preheat oven to 425

Half a brick of cream cheese, imitation crab, and chives add a little garlic powder and mix. Spread on a tortilla sprinkle with mozzarella cheese roll then cut into pinwheels. I put them in my air fryer at 325 for about 6 mins. These are so delicious and I only used what I had in our fridge. I have a little cup of soy sauce to dip them in.

5 Minute Buffalo Chicken Wrap
✨ingredients:
2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken, 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup or ranch or blue cheese, 4 medium flour tortillas
👉Optional fillings: tomato onion, shredded cheese
✨instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top the chicken with lettuce, and ranch dressing. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style. Enjoy warm or cold!🙂

Someone posted this a few days back and I just want to say THANK YOU!
Canned biscuits (butter tastin)
A block Sharp cheddar cheese grated (it’s cheaper and once you have freshly grated cheese you’ll never go back to bagged cheese)
Sloppy joe meat (1lb hamburger meat & 1 can of manwich)
Spray a cookie sheet. Flattened out the biscuits to about the size of my hand. Sprinkled cheese. Added one spoonful of sloppy joe on one side. Fold over the other side. Pop in the over at 350 for 8-10. (The most magical part was when it was in the over it gave me just enough time to clean up the mess & dishes!) The whole process took no more than 25 minutes.
To reheat, pop back in the oven for about 3ish minutes. I tried the microwave first but they came out a little doughy.
After the putting the sloppy joe in 8 of the biscuits (a whole can) I still had enough left to put on a bun like a regular ole sloppy joe.
Will most definitely be making these again!

Wanted to share because it's super filling, cheap and easy to make!
Ham, broccoli and cheddar pasta 🤗
We used...
1 box Ditalini pasta
2 packs of diced ham (could've sufficed with 1)
1 large crown of broccoli (cut really small for our 2 year old)
2 jars of classic Alfredo sauce
1 bag of sharp white cheddar (optional, we used for more of a cheese-y taste)
Everything was done within 10-15 minutes!
Absolutely delicious! 🤤

We served this warm but you could always do it cold too!
While the pasta cooked, which doesn't take very long because it's small, we heated up the Alfredo and mixed the cheese in with it but did it on low so it would have a thinner consistency. The broccoli is also fresh and was steamed for only a few minutes so it was tender but wouldn't fall apart when you mixed everything together. We also used pre-diced ham to save prep time!
Once your broccoli, pasta and sauce are all done, mix everything together in a big pot and let it warm up on the stove top for a few minutes if you want it served warm!
If you want it served cold, still mix everything together and let chill in the fridge for a few hours, then you're ready to go!

Bacon Jalepeno Popper Cheese Balls
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced fresh chives
1 cup jalapeño (deseed & dice)
2 cups finely crumbled bacon or more
1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. To make the bacon jalapeño popper cheese balls: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, cheddar, jalapeño, 1/2 cup bacon, black pepper, and Cayenne. Mix well until fluffy. Set aside.
2. In a shallow plate, transfer the remaining 1 cup crumbled bacon, then using a cookie scoop, scoop out one ball of cheese filling and toss into the bacon crumbles. Continue until all cheese balls have been rolled in the bacon coating.
3. Refrigerate the bacon jalapeño popper cheese balls until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Cabbage Alfredo 😍
1 big head of cabbage shredded (mine will be smaller next time)
1 pint heavy cream
1 Stick of butter
2 heaping spoons of minced garlic
1 block of cream cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bake 400° until cabbage is fully cooked
Add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese after done and enjoy! (I had Colby jack so I used that instead) haha but you can add additional veggies like mushrooms or peppers ❤️

Pickle Soup. 5 1/2 cups chicken broth,1 stick of butter, 1 3/4 lb russet potatoes chopped, 2 cups carrots finly chopped, 1 cup diced dill pickles, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup flower, 2 cups pickle juice, old bay seasoning, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper.

Today was a great day to bring out an old favorite. Heart Attack Potatoes is always a side dish hit.
5 lbs Cooked and Cubed Russet Potatoes
1 lb of Velveeta Cheese
2 cups Mayonnaise
5 Strips of crumble Bacon (But I added 12)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix everything in a large mixing bowl and then Bake in a greased baking dish at 400° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
