Payment
• PayPal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept payments via Venmo
• Money orders and Personal checks are also accepted. Note that the item(s) will not ship

Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped once payment is received or cleared. Orders under $25 are shipped via USPS which will provide a confirmation # for you to track your package. Refunds and Exchanges
I put a lot of time and love into all of my items, and happy customers are important to me! If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do what I can to make it right.

**Delicate/Fragile Items**
All items are carefully packaged to survive the US postal system, but accidents can happen. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description of the damage (photos are appreciated!), and I will do what I can to replace it for you. Do you want a custom painting? Please email me your request and I'll send you a quote, I'll be happy to create a special painting just for you. A 50% deposit is required to secure your custom order. Within 1-2 weeks, depending on the line ahead of you, I start on your painting. After it is finished, I email you a photo of the painting for your approval. I make any necessary changes and email you the photo for final approval. After the painting meets your approval, I mail it to you in a sturdy package. S A T I S F A C T I O N • G U A R A N T E E D
