All Infinity’s Rose needs is the hanging loop then she flies!

This broom has been months in the making because it took that long to find all the components. The antique Cat Eye claw and globe is the perfect finishing touch.

I don’t often make brooms that aren’t functional but this one is more of a show piece than anything else.

Know what else? This broom is a gift for a friend of mine. There will never be another like it. The person receiving has no idea. It will be a bit hard letting go but on the other hand I’m very excited to send it. If only I could package myself along with it to get the very first reaction of it being received … ❤️❤️❤️🥰

I just prepared two handles for class kits that are leaving today. They’re not buttered. The ones in the second photo are buttered for the in person class on Saturday. Those folks are missing out on the buttering process, one of my favorite things to do.

One question I get asked is “Do you rest?”, especially during dye season. This is when I run the hardest. I depend on weather and make hay while the sun shines.

I rest often and well. Both of those areas will decrease as the dye season goes on, but I will always make sure I’ve ample rest. Being tired can change my life in a millisecond otherwise. Making brooms is always what gives. I make less during this season. S’okay.
