Every transformation needs a place to rest, recharge, and dream big. Thank you to Voco Hotel Napoleon for sponsoring our stay in Memphis and making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The accommodations were beautiful, and they gave us the energy to show up and execute the Teachers’ Lounge Movement. Without partners like you, these transformations simply can’t happen. We are so grateful!

YOWSASSSS!

After an amazing Teachers’ Lounge makeover at Grizzlies Prep in Memphis, we’re now at Fall High Point Market! We got to see familiar faces, make new friends, find inspiration, and collect even more lasting memories together. It’s been such a fun and busy month for the Besties!

We’re so happy we get to do what we love and make a difference along the way. And we wouldn’t have it any other way! 💕

We love you all! Happy Market and let’s end 2026 like no other!

Behind every great movement is someone making sure the foundation is solid. Wendy Estela, Business Lawyer, our legal counsel, has been a huge part of the Teachers’ Lounge Movement, and we are so grateful.

Wendy, thank you for believing in this movement and for your services. You’ve helped us turn a big vision into something real for the teachers who give so much.

Some people just know how to light the way. A huge thank you to Shelby Electric for donating their time and expertise to our Teachers' Lounge transformation. Because of them, our teachers now have a space that's brighter in every sense. Thank you for being the spark behind this project!

So much has happened and we don’t even know what to post first! But this is one we can FINALLY share.

Timothy Ware, executive director of Grizzlies Prep shares with Memphis Grizzlies our mission and our plans for the school.

The entire team and coaching staff was onsite to see the school for the first time since this is their first year in the new campus. And they also had the opportunity to learn about TDB.

We hope this is the beginning of many more exciting collaborations in stored.

We are flabbergasted. 🤯🤣🥰

Behind every beautiful space are the people who make all the details come together. Essential Design Collective helps make the process easier, more organized, and less stressful.

We’re especially grateful for their heart behind this movement. As a former kindergarten teacher, Lisa Bone knows firsthand how much teachers give every day and how meaningful it is to have a space to step away, recharge, and feel valued.

Thank you, Essential Design Collective, for helping us create a space where teachers can recharge and feel supported.

Together, we’re moving the movement forward!

Art changes everything. It can shift the whole feel of a room, spark creativity, and make people feel connected the second they walk in.

That’s exactly why we’re so grateful to Leftbank Art for sponsoring our Grizzlies Prep teachers’ lounge, the next school in The Teachers’ Lounge Movement… happening this week!

Leftbank Art gets it and, more importantly, gets us. They believe design can support education, and that’s what makes this partnership so special.

A huge thank you to the Leftbank Art team for helping us build a lounge that celebrates the people shaping the next generation. Our teachers deserve this, and you helped make it happen. 🎨
