📢 Important Update from Fresh Prints 3D Printing & Design

Effective immediately, we will no longer be offering custom Notre Dame-inspired items for sale.

Recently, a trademark owner submitted a Notice and Takedown (NTD) request, claiming that certain products infringed upon their trademark rights. While it was never our intention to violate anyone’s intellectual property, and we have always made it clear that our custom creations were unofficial fan-made items and not affiliated with or endorsed by the university, we must respect the request and comply accordingly.

To say we’re disappointed would be an understatement. As many of you know, we’re huge Notre Dame fans ourselves, and we’ve genuinely enjoyed creating these pieces for fellow fans over the past several months.

At this time, we’re exploring alternative options and learning more about the proper procedures moving forward. We know there are many creators offering similar custom products online, so we’re working to better understand what paths may be available to us while remaining compliant.

If you have any suggestions, experiences, or insights to share, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ VBS Project Spotlight! ✨

We had an absolute blast creating these fun custom earrings and keychains for our family’s church Vacation Bible School! 🙌

All of these designs were created right here at Fresh Prints 3D Printing & Design, inspired by this year’s global VBS theme. From “Jesus” flashlights to “Light of the World,” VBS sunglasses, and more, it was awesome bringing these ideas to life!

Happy Sunday from Fresh Prints 3D Printing & Design! 🇺🇸☀️

We’ve been a little quiet the last couple of weeks, and I wanted to give everyone a quick update.

First, thank you all for the continued support. We truly appreciate every order, share, comment, and recommendation. Small businesses don’t grow without amazing people behind them, and we don’t take that for granted.

Recently, my personal Facebook account ran into some issues and I was forced to create a new one. If you know me personally and we’re not connected anymore, feel free to reach out so we can reconnect!

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been spending a lot of time learning about copyrights, trademarks, licensing, and all the legal aspects of running a business. It’s definitely been a learning experience. One thing we’ve learned is that copyrights are no joke. Even when you’re not trying to sell something, the use of certain images and content can create issues.

Because of that, you’ll notice some minor changes moving forward. Our advertising and marketing may become a little more generic and may utilize more AI-generated visuals than I’d personally prefer. It’s not because we’re losing creativity—it’s simply about making sure we’re operating responsibly and protecting the business for the long haul.

On a more exciting note, we’re already working on some fun 4th of July projects and ideas! 🇺🇸🎆
