Checking in on a full rebuild stucco over siding project using our Synergy acrylic system. Scaffolding is up and everything is being fastened for inspection. Once approved, we'll apply the base coat and then painters will handle the soffits and fascia for a fresh, updated look. Pop-outs are installed around all windows.

A routine roof inspection reveals some granulation and dirt in the gutters. No prevalent hail marks were observed, suggesting no significant shingle erosion. A roof report will be provided outlining what we observed, and advise the roof is in good shape!

New windows are in! Most of the old siding has been removed, next will be installing James Hardie Fiber Cement; replacing some of the rotted fascia and caping it with metal, then gutters and paint. This house is going to look great!
