After the news that a school banned a child with autism from participating in a school trip I feel the need to write this. There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthdays for example. There are kids who want to belong to a team but don't get selected because it's more important to win than include these kids. Children with special needs are not weird or strange, they just want what everyone else wants: to be accepted!! 😡Can I ask a question??. Is anyone willing to copy and paste this post on their wall without sharing, like I did for a friend? they also need full love and support.

I struggle with depression every day. On my bad days I am a handful and then some. My husband stands by me every day good or bad. He lets me know even on my bad days he is here for me. He holds me up when I’m down, he kisses me when I cry, and he cuddles when I am just out of all kinds of energy. Living with someone that has any type of mental health issues is not easy or even fun. I am so thankful that GOD provided me with such a loving, caring, faithful man. He has my best interest and well being in his hands and he takes that very seriously. Johnny Parsons you are my hero in so many ways. I can’t tell you or thank you enough for asking me to be your wife 29 years ago. You have ALWAYS had our family in your mind every decision you ever made. You never wavered on any of our children or grandchildren.

You took on 3 kids at the ages from 6 months to 4 years and never looked back. You raised them as your own and added 3 more lovely kids to make it a half a dozen. We are the Parsons Patch and you are the head of such wonderful kids, grandkids, and family. You are our hero. Thank you for being our HERO!!!
