My first jalapeño cheddar loaf didn’t go so well… I rushed the process and it showed. Tried again, slowed down, and the difference was huge. Which loaf are you choosing? 🌶️🧀🍞

No one really talks about how sourdough messes with your head 😅🍞 When I first started, throwing away discard felt wrong. But it’s actually part of building a starter. Eventually it stopped feeling weird. It gets easier, I promise 😉
