So I totally got sidetracked and forgot to post the meal for the week yesterday!! My bad!!!

Well it's going to be a shrimp boil!!! With lobster rolls going out in the morning how about we send shrimp out in the evening, a whole seafood day!

We smoke some of our chicken breasts with a nice house rub, top it with sauteed onions, bell peppers, add on some BBQ sauce and finish it with shredded Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese, green onions, and diced tomatoes!!!
