The Window Guys is an established and growing company celebrating over 20 years in the window & door replacement business. We have three locations: Corona, Rancho Cucamonga and Laguna Hills.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our Laguna Hills office as an Office Assistant/Inside Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate must be motivated, reliable, energetic, organized, detail oriented, have effective phone communication skills, be punctual and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, welcoming customers into the Showroom, answering customers’ questions, both over the phone and in the Showroom, scheduling in-home estimate appointments, providing quotes, processing orders, responding to customer emails, filing, communicating with multiple team members, including; Managers, Leads and Outside Sales Representatives.

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and other computer related skills are needed.

This is a full-time position Monday- Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and some Saturdays 9:00am – 3:00pm

The work environment is business casual.

We started here in Corona with one showroom and since then we have expanded our business with another location in Rancho Cucamonga. Our owner and company founder, John, has been in the industry for over 20 years. Since we have opened, we have installed windows and doors in about 6,400 homes and counting.

As a small family business we take pride in our staff. Our office staff is trained and knowledgeable, they are your first point of contact and are always available to answer your questions. In addition, our installers are some of the best installers in Southern California. They are knowledgeable, amicable, and professional at every job. From start to finish, every thing we do is concurrent with AAMA regulations.
