We’re looking for someone with experience in flooring, carpet, rugs, hardwood, interior design, or related luxury home sales who enjoys working with clients and designers—and is motivated to build relationships and grow their own book of business.

This is a full-time, showroom-based position with a draw + commission structure and strong earning potential.

Hemphill’s has served Orange County for more than 30 years, and we’re continuing to grow and expand our selection of luxury rugs, carpet, hardwood, and specialty flooring.
