Is it finally feeling like Spring for you too? Time to add some Spring touches around the house.

I am obsessed with my sweet bunny plates. helped my create such a fun Spring table with the plates and vase (and actually the table too 😊).

💅 What a fun way to spend an afternoon. I am tickled pink that my 12 yo granddaughter wanted to give me a manicure with my new pink nail polish. The color is Muchi Muchi and it is perfect for Spring. It’s a new color and i absolutely love it.

She started with filing and buffing and then added the base coat. I don’t think I’ve ever done a base coat when doing my own nails 😆. Then the color and top coat. Again, never have I done a top coat myself either.

Thanks Essie for letting me test this color. It lasted so long and I received so many compliments on the color.

Today is the 3rd Sunday in Ordinary time and we had a wonderful Mass today. Our future Archbishop of New Orleans celebrated Mass today. What an honor and blessing to personally meet him.

Enjoying a slow morning. It’s a bit overcast and I am here for it. I took a few days off work to work on my daughter’s bathroom renovation. We will finish up later today and tomorrow it’s back to work so this morning I am taking my time. Enjoying coffee and prayer time.

Just a sweet view of my simple summer mantle. I’ve been so busy with work and renovations this summer I haven’t had much time for decorating so I chose to keep it simple.

Some pictures of the living room remodel at the Stillwater house. We’ve been under contract since 1 week after listed. Closing is scheduled for end of this week. I am so excited for the new home owners and hope they love this space. Scroll through to see listing photos, pics while we were working and the last picture is what it looked like when we bought it.

Changes we made:
〰️installed new ceiling fan
〰️Replaced the carpet with vinyl planks
〰️Painted baseboards and added quarter round
〰️removed curtains, patched wall and repainted
〰️installed window shade
〰️caulked
〰️Added floor transition pieces

I am very proud with how this space turned out. I hope we can do this again when Hannah chooses a college.
