We are officially entering our BUSY SEASON, which will continue through the New Year! ✨ And first and foremost — THANK YOU! We truly appreciate every single order that keeps our machines running and our team busy. 🫶

We ALWAYS strive for next-business-day turnaround whenever possible. However, during busy season there may be times when we receive a much higher volume of orders than normal (which we are incredibly thankful for!) or we are closed for one of the few holidays we observe.

During these times, turnaround may increase to approximately 2–4 BUSINESS DAYS. Please remember that business days are the actual days we are OPEN — weekends, holidays, and days we are closed do not count toward turnaround time.

Our team puts their all into their jobs, and we don’t like delays any more than you do! We work extremely hard to get every order completed as quickly as possible while still making sure you receive a quality product.

Well… the wait is FINALLY almost over! 🎉 After a long-awaited wait, we’re SO excited to announce that our **NEW SPANGLE MACHINE** will be making its way to VSU very, VERY soon! ✨💎
