Today was a crazy day at work. Very stressful, so I made sheet pan chocolate chip pancakes. They were amazing. They did help me feel a little better with such a stressful day at work.

This morning I was looking for something different for breakfast. I found this recipe for Banana Bread donuts, I modified the recipe (like I always do) and put chocolate chips in them. Because chocolate makes everything better.

Baking donuts in the oven is by far less messier than frying them and less calories. I've always liked cake style donuts and now I can create my own.
