Our Apron sewing series’s SEW much fun!

If you’re interested in learning to sew I have 2 sewing 101 classes coming up this month. The 101 classes is a perfect intro to sewing and will prepare you for our sewing series classes.

Week 1 of my beginner sewing series was so fun! Everyone learned how to read and cut out patterns for their aprons. Next we’ll move onto assembly.I can’t wait to share everyone’s finished product over the next 2 weeks.

🧵 Apron Sewing Series 🧵
Join me for a 3 week sewing series where we’ll work step by step to create a fully finished, functional apron. This class is designed to move at a comfortable pace, giving you time to learn new skills, ask questions, and enjoy the process.

Over three evenings, we’ll cover how to read a sewing pattern, cut fabric, construct pockets and a waistband, and finish all the details. By the end of the series, you’ll head home with an apron you’re proud of—and the confidence to take on future sewing projects.

This workshop is perfect for beginners, and ages 10+ are welcome with an adult.

Last week we had the BEST sewing class. Every student was a beginner — and they all left with the cutest pie-shaped hot pad and the biggest smiles.

Join us for our next class — Quilted Pumpkin Hot Pad — on November 13 & 20! It’s another beginner-friendly project that’s just as festive and fun. You will learn the basics of piecing and quilting fabric as well as adding binding and finishing off a beautiful item that will brighten your holiday table!

Another great natural dye class ! It’s always so much fun to see the creativity in everyone’s piece. 🌻

The next chance to take one of my natural dye classes is Sept. 25th! We will print a variety fabric with fresh and dried flowers. Come soak up those last days of summer and experience something new.

🌿💙 Indigo + Shibori Workshop 💙🌿 Join me on Aug 28th, 6:30–8:30 PM for a hands-on evening exploring the beauty of natural indigo dyeing and Shibori techniques! You’ll learn how to fold, bind, and dip to create stunning one-of-a-kind patterns—while learning about natural dyes.

✨ In this class, each participant will dye two cotton dish towels (supplies included) and can also bring one item from home—think a cotton tee, linen scarf, or even that forgotten silk blouse—to give it a second life in the indigo vat.
