So what goes in to a kitchen design...? Swipe to see a glimpse of the decisions we make for our clients just in one snapshot of a kitchen photo!

Plus coordinating with the plumbers, electricians, painters, cabinetry makers, tile setters, countertop installers, trim carpenters, and material suppliers while keeping pace with timeline! And don't forget the detail drawings to give everyone a visual of exactly how to lay it all out!

We go the extra mile so you can rest easy at night during your build or reno! At K&Co Interiors decision fatigue is not in our vocabulary.. decisions are what drive our designs!

Taking a trip down memory lane to a time when we gave this entry an ode to grandeur with a basket arched iron entry door, opulant cluster chandelier, and inlaid dolomite tiles into the lattice set wood flooring. The little peek-a-boo of the curved starting step and whimsical handrail were fun details, too!

Adjacent to the wine room, featuring custom cabinetry and lit shelving, your guests just might want to come in and linger a little longer!

Bathroom remodel! One of our most loved (and cost effective too!) options to elevate a bathroom vanity is to create a waterfall countertop front under the sink. Get rid of those useless faux drawers and give the countertop surface a moment to shine! Since you are already purchasing the slab you might as well make the most of it— we just simply have to plan for this feature during cabinetry design. Added bonus if you can do a full tile wall!

This bathroom was a full gut job remodel. Toilet location was moved, shower expanded, and vanity and sink plumbing were moved. Give us the footprint of the space and we will work the magic from there!

What is your current kitchen conundrum? Do you LOVE your kitchen, hate it, or feel meh about it?

Let's talk about those dreamy feature-- is it a hidden trash pull out? An out of sight "scullery" space we keep seeing all over insta to hide the everyday mess? A solution to hard to reach cabinet space? More storage? Ample countertop space for food prep and entertaining? More natural light? The perfect countertop? Idk if anyone has ever told you... but first impressions are kind of a big deaI. Don't skimp.

But we get it-- sometimes these small areas can be a big challenge. From vast wall space to interesting angles, to tricky stair cases, to chandelier sizing, we have seen it all--but take heart! We have a few tricks up our sleeve to wow up your arrival!
