Wow!!!! 5 years ago, First Dallas Cowboys tailgate at AT&T Stadium. We were interviewed by San Antonio News. The actual video they aired was awesome! Thanks to family, friends, and our extended family friends (loyal and newly addicted customers) we are getting bigger!

Mrs. Pitmaster and I are enjoying the other side of a BBQ event this go round. Snacking on all the smoked treats n' eats 😋 at Texas Monthly BBQ Fest , even taking a trip down memory lane into the old Kreuz Market building now Smitty's for some sausages.

Maybe next year🤔.. The Original Pitmaster, my dad, grew up in these parts in his wee years in the early 40's. From here, dad crafted his recipe that got us where we are today. He always said, "Son, y'all need to show Lockhart what you can do." I think it's time 😊
