I have 20+ years in the construction field.
My wife has 5+ years. We currently are building our own make ready
and home repair business.
We currently are working for 2 homeowners in Denton servicing 25+
homes between them.
We also have recently been hired as vendors for Property Management
in Dallas, We are independent contractors, We do make readys and repairs
on rental houses for the houses they manage in Denton and surrounding
area. They manage over 1700 properties in the Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex.
We still have many gaps open in our schedule that need to be filled.
Also our schedule is very flexible so we can fit what you need into ours easily.
We do cleanouts, make ready in homes and apartments.We also do
power wash including windows
I do small electrical including, small plumbing ,small carpentry,
floor installation, also hardwood floor refinishing, door repair and
installation, crown molding, base boards, trim, staining, sheet rock,
repair, tape and bed, texture matching ect.
Painting is my specialty. Along with refinishing hardwood floors
My wife Debi is skilled in make readys also painting, texture,
ceramic tile, staining, cleaning, organizing, to name a few.
We work well together. However we can work separately depending
on your budget and job and who would best accomplish to your specifications.
Attached are two letters of recommendation from Business owners
in Denton whom we have done work for.
We are also commercially insured for one million, as per attached also.
