Veterans, Have to much debt? Lets roll that debt into a new home loan. Seller is allowed to pay 6% toward closing costs. I can take up to 4 % of that and pay off current debt to help the veteran qualify for the loan. 500k home loan, 0 down and 20k to pay off credit cards etc. Then use the other 2% Toward getting a low, low rate.
