Didn’t make a video demo for these but I definitely will next time!😩

I love to get coconut shrimp when we go to a seafood restaurant and it’s usually not cheap!

Anyone else love coconut shrimp?

Tonight I tried the coconut air fryer shrimp and I don’t think I will ever pay for coconut shrimp again!!

I also tried potato wedges in the air fryer and they were surprisingly very delicious too!

Here are the two recipes if you want to try them out in your PC air fryer! Post a pic if you do!!

If you don’t have the PC Air Fryer you really need to look into getting one! It taste like fried but so much healthier!

I made Banana Poke Cake today at my mom’s house for my mom and grandmother! 🥰
I used my PC Rockcrock Dutch oven in the microwave, PC manual food processor and PC whipped cream maker!
It was delicious and mom really enjoyed the whipped cream!🤣
I must admit the whipped cream was very tasty!
