Sometimes you think you connect with a space because you ā€œlike it.ā€ But in reality, your brain already decided before you did.
The spaces that feel right aren’t always the most beautiful…
they’re the ones your mind can understand effortlessly.
And when it can’t, that subtle discomfort shows up… the kind you can’t really explain. That’s cognitive friction.

That’s why, before inhabiting a space, there’s something more important than style:
how it’s read.

Happy day to that invisible psychology living inside the spaces around us šŸ˜‰

Some spaces aren’t ā€œbadā€ā€¦ but they leave you more active than you should be.

It’s not obvious.
It builds up over time.

Too many things competing, constant stimulation…
and your mind keeps working even after you’re home.

Sometimes it’s not about adding more.
It’s about starting to filter.

Here’s the English translation, cuidando que suene natural, profesional y con intención:

āø»

Behind every project there’s a key moment: turning what someone feels, needs, and dreams into tangible decisions.
This part of the process—where design meets the psychology of space—is where the true direction of a project is born.

Neurodesign explains it clearly: our brain reacts to colors, textures, proportions, and visual stimuli long before we can put any of it into words. That’s why, before thinking about furniture, measurements, or plans, we must first understand how the space should feel for the person who will live in it.

These boards are a reference for how that information is grounded: connecting intuition with technique, emotion with function.
And this is where a ā€œvitamin spaceā€ begins to take shape: one that regulates, balances, and enhances daily life without you even noticing.

Designing is understanding.
Everything else falls into place.

šŸ‘‰šŸ¼ Color has power — even when it’s just one 🩶

One same space, one single color… yet six different ways to perceive it.
To shorten, extend, flatten, narrow, compact, or highlight, just by changing where it’s applied.
Environmental psychology says it simply: it’s not what you see, it’s what you feel inside.
It’s not about the color itself, but about how it transforms the way we inhabit a space.

Flashback Friday.
When I lived in Madrid, I learned that design isn’t just about spaces — it’s about conversations.
About how every culture lives, thinks, and feels.

At events like this, surrounded by people who breathe design, I understood that interior architecture isn’t something you impose, it’s something you interpret.
And that perspective stays with me today, every time I take on a new project in a different country, with a different way of seeing the world.

Because in the end, the value we bring as designers isn’t just in what we do,
but in how we’ve learned to see.

Light doesn’t just change how a space looks, it changes how it feels. šŸ’”āœØ
ā €
According to neuroarchitecture, lighting has a direct impact on our mood, focus, and overall well-being. Warm light can relax, neutral light balances, and cool light activates… but used wrong, it can also create tension.
ā €
So before you think about colors or furniture, think about what kind of energy you want your space to have.
ā €
Because lighting doesn’t just reveal design — it defines it.
ā €
šŸ’” Which one would you choose: warm, neutral, or cool?

10/17/2025

It’s not the wall color.
It’s not the wrong sofa.
Not even the furniture layout.

It’s the lighting.
The real reason a space can feel flat, cold, or soulless.
You can have the best design in the world, but if the lighting is off, everything falls apart.

The funny thing is, most people don’t even realize it until it’s too late.
And the worst part? Spaces keep repeating the same mistake over and over again.

So tell me
How many times have you felt something was ā€œoffā€ in a room, but couldn’t explain why? šŸ‘€

When light does the design šŸŒ¤ļø

You can work with stone, wood, or any beautiful finish,
but nothing compares to the way natural light transforms them.
It changes the tone, reveals the texture, and brings spaces to life.

Natural light can’t be replicated.
It’s not a detail you add, it’s something you design around.

Between sketches, photos, and coffee… that’s where ideas start to find direction.
Every line is about more than aesthetics , it’s about how someone will actually live the space.

Happy Friday!! or as I call it, the perfect day to keep dreaming about the next project šŸ˜‰

The Invisible Rules of Good Interiors – Part I
5 details that truly shape a home

Good interiors aren’t about adding more, they’re about understanding what matters.
These are 5 invisible rules that quietly define how a space feels and works.

1ļøāƒ£ Natural light
2ļøāƒ£ Scale & proportion
3ļøāƒ£ Material harmony
4ļøāƒ£ Flow
5ļøāƒ£ Layered lighting

Because good design doesn’t shout — it simply works.
Which of these do you think is the hardest to get right? šŸ‘‡

Decoration catches your eye.
Design shapes the way you live.
In this video, I’ll show you what really defines that line and why it matters.

Sometimes design isn’t about adding more, it’s about letting a space breathe.
About understanding that silence can also speak.

Designing from pause is remembering that calmness can be beautiful too.
And that the most memorable spaces don’t shout …they whisper.

Where in your home do you find that pause that lets you breathe?
