how much I “needed” 😅

One for energy.

At this point, it’s not a habit—

I’ve been hearing a lot of hype about the benefits of Lion’s Mane Mushrooms and it being added in Coffee!! I am going to be getting some soon and checking it out and making it available to others. I’ve tried some that I actually could not drink myself but this one actually passed my taste test.
I’ll let those who are interested know when I have some available to share!

Yeah, I haven’t been on line much lately. For those who haven’t heard, I was in an accident back in January after someone ran a red light and T-Boned the vehicle I was driving. Thankfully we all walked away with some rough bumps and bruises. Thanks to a torn rotator cuff, I won’t be setting up for any events anytime soon. 😖😔☕️
In the meantime, after being asked by several people, I’ve discovered a mushroom coffee and just tried my first cup today and this one actually tastes pretty good!! I’m looking forward to seeing if I actually notice any health benefits from it. As I have said to some friends, when I take Tylenol, it gets confused because it’s not sure what to target first for pain relief!!! Hopefully I’ll have some good reviews to share on this new coffee soon! So, Stay Tuned!!!
