This morning’s walk came with a little extra resistance because the NCO in me said, “Girl, if you’re gonna walk, you better do something with that walk!” 😂💪🏾

So the weighted vest came out!
But that resistance reminded me of something: everything that feels heavy isn’t meant to stop you. Some things are building the strength you’re going to need for where you’re headed.
This month, I’m choosing to move with intention, give myself grace, take care of me on purpose, and keep showing up — one step at a time. 🦋

A little throwback today in honor of the one and only Dolly Parton. 💗🦋💜

These shirts were made some time ago with Dolly in mind, and today they just hit a little differently.

“Tomorrow Is Forever” felt like the perfect song for this moment. 🕊️🎶 And even though “Jolene” will always be my favorite Dolly song, there are so many songs, memories, and moments that made her truly unforgettable.

Apparently my signature move is:

“Just change this ONE thing… and don’t touch NOTHING else.” 🤣🤣🤣

Then five minutes later: “Okay… one more thing.” 😭

I really wanted to defend myself, but the evidence is STACKED. 😂😂😂

And that exhausted little AI at the bottom??? Baby, hang in there… because we still got work to do! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣💜
