We were working with a realtor that was trying to redo these rooms quickly to get this home on the market. So not only did we put new carpet in but we also scrapped the popcorn ceilings and gave the 2 rooms some fresh paint to modernize the house.

New remodel for a customer. We put new subfloor through the living room, hall and bedroom to match the height of kitchen and bathroom. Put new lVP that made their floor plan really open up. Then was the new stairs talk about making a statement when entering the house. They really make everything flow great toghter.

Just finished up this newly remodeled rental. They chose a wider plank and it turned out really nice. This was a glue down LVP and when we lay this product, prep work is the most important part to make sure your floors lay flat. This is always a great choice for rentals. Any damage to one plank can be replaced and not the whole flooring being pulled up.

These customers wanted a glue down LVP and with the best interest of having the product last for years we subfloored the whole house to have the product lay down flat. This product will last many tenants compared to having to replace carpet after each new tenant that lives there. Also Glue down is a great option for renters it's water proof and if you need to repair a plank you pull up just that one and not the whole floor.
