Have you ever made a bomb dinner and by the time your done cooking u eat it and then realize you forgot to take a pic πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­

I just made smothered pork chops in homemade gravy that I even used our homemade venison stock and sweet corn along with acorn squash and garlic bread..... that was def not a quick dinner to make it was easy just time consuming and it smelled so good I just ate 🀣🀣

Now I'm mad at me lol

EASIEST and SIMPLEST Recipe ever I think

Grab your crock pot

2 to 4 chicken breast's
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 jar salsa (I also put a little water in the jar and shake out all the left overs)

Cook on high for about 3.5 hours

Remove chicken and shred then put back into the crock pot mix and serve

You can make tacos or tacos salads sometimes I just eat the chicken because it's sooooo good. My kids LOOOVE this.

Tonight's Dinner is Goulash.....Super simple 1 pot meal.

Ingredients needed:

2 pounds hamburger (or meat of your choice)
1 sweet onion (diced)
1 green Bell pepper (diced)
28 oz can diced tomatoes
28 oz can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 cups water
16 oz of large elbow noodles (or noodles of your choice)

Seasonings (I measure with my heart 🀣):

Italian seasoning
Little sugar
Garlic powder
Season salt
2 bay leaves
Chili flakes
Paprika
Cajun seasoning of choice (I use slap ya mama)
Worcestershire Sauce

Dice your pepper and onion put in the pot and add in the meat cook till meat is done drain the grease
Add in the can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn and all the Seasonings. Also add in the water and the noodles. Give it a good stir and cover and let simmer for approx 15 to 20 mins or until noodles are done stirring frequently. Dinner is done takes about 45 mins total with prep and all and omg so good. Let me know if you try it 😊

P.s. After about 15 minutes of simmer you can always add a little more water if needed start with a 1/2 to 3/4 and go from there πŸ˜€
