Today we were on the move delivering to the elders again. This time French toast and breakfast bowls of scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage links. Also meatloaf muffins with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.

Nola’s Comfort Food was in the move making breakfasts, dinner and dessert with a couple extra sides. Pancakes with sausage, scrambled eggs with hash browns and sausage, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn, fried cabbage with bacon and onions, pasta salad and strawberry shortcake. All delivered for some older folks to enjoy this week. I didn’t get a picture of dessert, but it was tasty looking. Then I grilled some bacon wrapped filets for our dinner.
