Before & after of a condo entry that completely changed the first impression.

This used to be a basic drywall closet—nothing special, nothing functional beyond the minimum.

So I rethought the space entirely.

Instead of a standard closet, I designed a built-in that works harder and looks better:
• seating to actually use when coming and going
• hidden shoe storage
• hanging space
• concealed cleaning storage (yes—even with power)

All while keeping everything clean, minimal, and out of sight.

Same footprint… just a smarter way to use it.

Every unit in this building started with the exact same layout…
but this one? Completely reimagined.

After multiple space planning studies and working closely with the contractor, I made a bold move—swapping the kitchen and dining areas.

Not for the sake of being different… but to make the space work better.

The result is a layout that flows, functions, and feels entirely custom—something no one else in the building has.

This is what thoughtful space planning can do. It’s not just about how a space looks… it’s about how it lives.

If your layout feels off, there’s always a better solution—you just have to see it.

There’s nothing worse than a beautiful kitchen… covered in everyday clutter.

This is one of my favorite hidden features we designed — a sliding backsplash that reveals a fully functional spice and cooking station, then disappears for a clean, elevated look.
