From dusty demo days and sample boards to nearly finished kitchens and bathrooms, it’s been making an appearance on jobsite after jobsite lately—and for good reason.

It pairs beautifully with creamy cabinetry, warm wood tones, natural stone, marble, and matte black fixtures, somehow feeling both fresh and timeless every time.

It started with one client.

Today, every 📍 on this map represents one or more LUNDHAUS projects since opening—each one completely different, each one designed around the people who call it home.

New builds. Remodels. Refreshes. Spaces reimagined to better support everyday life.

Looking at this map reminds me that businesses aren't built overnight. They're built one client, one referral, one relationship, and one home at a time.

A new home. Familiar stories. A beautiful new chapter. 🤍

There’s something incredibly special about creating a home that doesn’t leave the past behind—it carries it forward with intention.

This week, I had the privilege of spending the day on-site, styling each room and thoughtfully layering treasured heirlooms, well-loved furnishings, and carefully sourced pieces until everything felt like home.

Because the most meaningful luxury isn’t something you buy. It’s something you build over time. 🤍

A view that has never existed before. 🤍
Not in the original house.
Not in the listing photos.
Not during the walkthrough.
Not even on closing day.

After a cross-country move and more than a few homes falling through, this client was ready for a fresh start. When she finally found the one, we began reimagining how the home could better support the life she was building in this new chapter.
What you’re looking at is a brand-new view—created by relocating walls and thoughtfully reallocating square footage throughout the home.

A new hallway.
A dedicated drop zone.
A main-level laundry closet.
A larger primary suite.
A more functional primary closet.
Spaces that didn’t exist before, but somehow feel like they always should have.

These are the moments I love most—the point where vision starts becoming reality and you can finally stand in a space that once only existed on paper.

And if you’ve ever walked through a home and thought, “This layout just isn’t quite right,” sometimes the answer isn’t a different house—it’s seeing the one you’re in a little differently. ✨🏡🤍

My days are spent reviewing floor plans, refining layouts, coordinating selections, solving design challenges, and helping clients make the hundreds of decisions that come with creating a home.
