Meet Aaryn! Aaryn Griggs is a community-focused entrepreneur and the founder of All Things Aligning, a business dedicated to helping individuals and organizations turn their visions into reality. Her entrepreneurial journey began in college when she co-founded a lifestyle brand with her sister, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, brand development, project management, and social media. This early experience sparked her passion for supporting others in bringing their ideas to life.
Throughout her career, Aaryn has built extensive experience in administration, project coordination, and relationship management. As an Executive Assistant supporting multiple organizations, she became known for helping executives stay focused on their priorities through effective organization, communication, and operational support. Currently serving as an Outreach Specialist with Garfield Jubilee Association, she works closely with schools, nonprofits, businesses, elected officials, and community leaders across the Pittsburgh region, further strengthening her commitment to collaboration and community impact.
Recognizing that many entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations often carry too much responsibility on their own, Aaryn founded All Things Aligning to provide trusted support through event coordination, administrative services, project management, strategic planning, and relationship building. Guided by her belief that every dream deserves the support needed to succeed, she is passionate about helping people align their vision with purposeful ex*****on and lasting impact.
