We’re so excited to share a little bit about why we started our BBQ smoking business! For us, BBQ isn’t just about food—it’s about family, flavor, and a whole lot of passion.
Axel has been perfecting the art of smoking for the past three years, and let’s just say his dedication grows with every brisket, rack of ribs, and pork butt he smokes. What started as a hobby in the backyard quickly turned into a full-blown love affair with the process—the fire, the wood, the long hours, and most importantly, the smiles on people’s faces when they take that first bite.
With three kids running around, we know how important it is to bring people together around the table. BBQ has always been a way for us to bond as a family, celebrate life’s moments, and share a little love through delicious food. Starting this business felt like the perfect way to extend that joy to our community.
So here we are, chasing our dream, fueled by smoky goodness and a whole lot of heart. We can’t wait to serve up our passion on a plate and bring a little BBQ magic to your table!
