Feeling a bit nostalgic today when thinking about how lucky I am to continue with this dream of mine
From home pickups, Sheetz parking lots, deliveries to a Market stand, Mac Trailer to a store front.
I have been invited to corporate events, chosen for business gifts, small businesses offering to carry my product to just a little treat at the end of the week
We are involved in some of your most important events, weddings, baby showers, bridal shower and birthdays
For someone to think of us when planning such a big day…I just can’t thank you enough
These are more than a little treat, its a livelihood
I get asked all the time, who makes the macarons? I have been the sole baker for the past 8 years. I have spent days and nights in my kitchen watching endless hours of Bridgeton, Seinfeld, Crime Docs and Podcasts. Listening to music to get me through all the doubt in my own head. It’s amazing what your mind will tell you in your hardest times.
As I continue to ignore the noise of doubt, questions and hope of vitality, I keep myself motivated by the faces I see in my life. 4 young men, my high school sweetheart, my doggie, my parents, my family and customers who come through my doors each week. I can’t hope for lines or sold out signs because times are hard sometimes. We hope to open our doors to anyone who wants to give us a try and will continue working hard for you all.
