We headed down to Palo Duro Canyon State Park for the weekend, and with temperatures in the 30s, this vanilla cream brioche French toast hit the spot! Nothing better than a warm breakfast at camp when it’s cold outside.

Turned out pretty dang good! Sometimes you just have to work with what you have and make it your own.
